What is the best meal you have had on the island?
My first attempt at making something out of the yellow-fin tuna we had just bought on the beach. Honestly, it was my first time EVER cooking fish! I was a little intimidating but threw some stuff together and came up with this divine number:
MARINATED LIME TUNA WITH A GARLIC LIME SAUCE.
Broc made the comment while eating this, that he would pay $25 (USD) for this! Hahaha, I was a bit amused. But really though, that is how I know if he really likes something I make, he will put a price on it! Either way with or without the price, it was the best meal I have had on the island!
