It is our 5th Anniversary today! Looking at these pictures takes me back to the feelings I felt on the greatest day of my life. I remember the day before my wedding, wondering what life would bring over the next few years. I definitely didn't imagine it to be this good! It overwhelms me to think about my life and how much I have been blessed with. There was a plan for us. And despite the fact that when we first got married we didn't know what that plan was; no money, no promising jobs, and not knowing exactly what we wanted to become. There was a path that we were lead to. It was shown to us by the Lord's hand. I sit and look at our lives now and still wonder what the next few years will bring; we still don't quite know what that path is, still have no money, no word from medical schools, but we have a sweet baby and a hope that the Lord will continue to lead us down another great path. There is a reason that we are here and I feel so blessed to have such an amazing best friend by my side to share together all of our joy and pain. I feel so grateful to have you for forever! I can't imagine life without you! I love you Babe!

How well I remember that day. Aybrielle got carsick & urped all over her dress in the car on the way down, I missed the exit because I was looking back in the back trying to see about her, I got totally lost in the underground parking lot at the Conference Center where Mom told me was the easiest parking (it wasn't), I ended up having to carry the stroller & Baby Ellie up 2 flights of stairs getting out of the parking lot, & was almost late for the sealing because of it all. Whew!
But it was a beautiful ceremony & the spirit was so strong! I will never forget that day. I'm so glad you have each other! You are a darling family & we love you! Congratulations!
(Sidenote) - Blessing in the temple:
Just after I got sat down in the sealing room & was catching my breath, I noticed a little speck of something on my dress & went to brush it off, until I realized that it was a diamond from out of my wedding ring. Oh my heart! Can you believe that! Of all the places it could have fallen out that morning, it decided to fall out as I sat down in the temple. I was able to save it & have it put back in. Coincidence? I doubt it! Don't you just love little miracles!

Wow - those five years flew by! Congratulations! I remember going to your reception and how beautiful you were then. If Broc only knew how many boys like you while you were on your mission . . . He is one lucky guy!
