"it's Crew, your BEST FRIEND!"

This morning, as Jack was waking up he started yelling, "Daddy, Daddy" (One of his favorite words!) Broc wasn't there because he went to go study early. Crew was in the other room and yelled back, "Jack, it's not Daddy- Daddy's not here... it's Crew, your BEST FRIEND!" 

My heart melts just watching these two together.

I think it is amazing when you have your first child. And you feel that you couldn't love anything more. And then you have another one. And your love just keeps growing. And watching your baby become a big brother is one of the sweetest things in this whole world. I don't think there is anything better than watching your kiddos love each other. It is almost overwhelming to think back to the first few moments these boys had together. It was sweet then ... and even sweeter now! 

I am loving my front row seat, watching these boys grow up together. The other night we were reading stories and I looked down to find Jack snuggled up to Crew. 

 You can just see how much they love each other! 

They love to do things together. Jack hates it when Crew has to leave for school. He really does cry everytime he leaves. He wants to be big so bad. The other night when the boys were getting scrubbed, Crew was in the shower and Jack was in the tub. Crew wanted to get in the tub with Jack. And so he did! They were completely squished but having the time of their lives!

They have their brotherly love moments when they drive each other crazy. For example when Crew wants to line up all of the cars (including Jack's) and doesn't want Jack to play with any because he will mess his line up. Or when Jack finds one of Crew's school papers and rips it. Yep, many tears have been shed over things like this. But they love each other, and I can't think of anything better than watching these boys become brothers! It is the best... the very best!
