The best day of the year!

What an overwhelming feeling of gratitude I have today! Coming from a home with the most wonderful mother who has shown me by her Christlike example how to serve others and who has been there for me through everything. Then marrying into a remarkable family, with another incredible woman who raised her son to be an amazing husband. She continues to be an example to me of strength. And I can't forget the three wonderful ladies we call "Grandma". I feel so blessed to have such amazing examples in my life. Four years ago I joined with these women and took on the name "Mom". Being blessed with these little ones is among one of the greatest blessings I could ever ask for.

These may not be the cutest pictures, and I may have a very swollen face in one of them- but they represent the day these little babes came into my arms from Heaven and let me become their Momma! No better feeling than holding that little piece of Heaven in your arms for the first time!

Sunday I had to get up early to finish preparing a lesson I had to give in Relief Society- I thought Moms were suppose to get the day off? :). Crew and Broc opened the door to bring me breakfast in bed (a tradition at our house)! Crew huffily tells me that I was suppose to be asleep! So they closed the door and I got back in the covers and pretended to be asleep. Then they brought in some delicious scrambled eggs! I was greeted with lots of hugs, kisses and the cutest card from Crew!

I couldn't eat my eggs all by myself, good thing I had a cute little helper to help me eat them!

I can't imagine my life with out these boys. I feel so blessed to be their mom.

They bring so much joy into my life!

Broc made a great dinner: marinated grilled chicken, steamed green beans and herb roasted red potatoes... and did the dishes! It was the perfect day! Thanks so much B for making it so special!
